CAMPAIGN FOR THE RIGHT TO LIFELONG LEARNING
In a stadium filled with enthusiastic crowd, multi-cultural booths and accompanied by the rhythms of African-Brazilian music, capoeira and dancing, the ICAE/GEO members read testimonies and distributed card fans, bookmarkers and calendars to launch its Campaign for the Right to Lifelong Learning at the World Education Forum held in Porto Alegre, Brazil on January 19-22, 2003.
